This illustration was inspired by being pregnant in the autumn. My son (6 at the time) would sweetly rub my belly and ask me questions about his brother. Around the same time a friend had a baby and her own son had trouble adjusting to life with a baby in the house. To help him get excited about his new situation we sent him a cape that said "big brother". It seems like it took the edge off!
